I am sure you already heard of the date December 21, 2012, it is predicted to be the date where the end of the world would take place. Is it really going to end?
What is so special about this date? Well, this popular date is said the start of the “New Age” and end of the existing one. Now here are the facts:
2012 and the Mayan Long Count Calendar
According to the Popol Vuh, a book compiling details of creation accounts known to the K’iche’ Maya of the Colonial-era highlands, we are living in the fourth world and it is coming to an end on December 20, 2012 and the start of the new world would be on December 21, 2012.
Hopi Prophecies
The Hopi prophecies are probably the most famous, as they talk about the “Age of Purification”, and there are many people that believe the signs foretold in this prophecy have happened in the last 50 years or so.
The 9th Sign
You will here of a dwelling place in the Heavens above the Earth that shall fall with a great crash.
It will appear as a blue star.
I Ching
The I Ching has been used for more than 5000 years as an aid to making decisions, predicting the future, etc. So, if nothing else, it is a long-standing and popular source of wisdom and inspiration.
In the 70′s a researcher took an idea of plotting these 64 hexagrams as a function of change from one to the next. Terrance Mckenna’s Astonishing Theory took this to the next level when they graphed this over time, starting with the first hexagram back when the texts were attributed to have originated. A complex computer analysis of the I Ching revealed a hierarchy of 26 timewaves, (each one 64 times larger than the one below), which govern the unfolding of events in the universe. When converted into a single fractal wave, and mapped against history, the graph peaks in 2012.
The Prophecies of Nostradamus 2012
Michel de Nostredame (14 December 1503 or 21 December 1503[1] – 2 July 1566), usually Latinized to Nostradamus, was a French apothecary and reputed seer who published collections of prophecies that have since become famous world-wide. He is best known for his book Les Propheties (The Prophecies), the first edition of which appeared in 1555. Since the publication of this book, which has rarely been out of print since his death, Nostradamus has attracted an enthusiastic following who, along with the popular press, credits him with predicting many major world events. Nostradamus enthusiasts have credited him with predicting:
The Great Fire of London – The Great Fire of London consumed nearly two-thirds of London in 1666.
The blood of the just will be demanded of London, Burnt by the fire in the year 66
The ancient Lady will fall from her high place And many of the same sect will be killed

The First Antichrist: Napoleon I – The Napoléonic campaigns and wars were fought, won and lost at the cost of millions of French lives – as well as those of Allied and Client states.

The Second Antichrist: Adoph Hitler – Nostradamus referred to Hitler in many quatrains by calling him Hister. Nostradamus was
well known to use words very similar to the actual words in his predictions. This particular quatrain gives the reader a vivid picture of Germany during World War II.
Beasts ferocious from hunger will swim across rivers The greater part of the region will be against the Hister,
The great one will cause it to be dragged in an iron cage When the German child will observe nothing.

For the year 2012, it is said that Nostradamus predicted the impending invasion of Europe by Muslim forces from further east and south headed by the expected 3rd Antichrist. It is also said that assassination of the pope or destruction of Rome by a nuclear bomb could happen. Interpretations of a massive global calamity after the destruction of Rome is upon us caused by a heavenly body that many believe that might be the elusive Planet X.

Web Bot Predictions
Web Bot, or the Web Bot Project, refers to an Internet bot software program that is claimed to be able to predict future events by tracking keywords entered on the Internet. It was created in 1997, originally to predict stock market trends. The creator of the Web Bot Project, Clif High, along with his associate George Ure, who call themselves “The Time Monks”,keep the technology and algorithms largely secret and sell the predictions via the website.

2010/??/?? : The “Death of the Dollar” will be a continuing trend, with a hyper inflationary period and banking crises/confidence losses that will begin in August 2009.
